am very proud to present my Birds N Blossoms filet shawl pattern.
The Birds N Blossoms Shawl is a Award winning design.
It
placed 1st in the Accessories division in the 2011 Crochet Guild Of America
Design contest.
The design features Birds sitting among Leaves and Blossoms with 3d flowers
appliquéd on for added color and interest. The flowers and leaves also twine
around the outer edge of the shawl The shawl is done in three colors. This
Shawl is done in filet using bamboo size 10 thread.
Done with a size 4/2.0mm hook..
This gives the shawl a lovely drape when finished. It has a ruffle for the
edging done in the three colors.
The shawl measures
72 inches wide by 26 inches long including ruffle.
