Beaded Purse Iris Medallions

 Award winning design:  Third place in the seed bead
division at the Puget Sound Bead Festival 2003. 
This was my first competition. Cream colored back
ground, with Iris medallions done in shades of purples
and lavenders. There are seven different colors used in this design. The cream colored beads are 3 cuts, so catch
the light and gives the whole purse a shimmery look. 
This purse was made with size 12 seed beads. There are
over 28,600 seed beads used in this design. Crocheted
rope handle for comfort.

7 1/4"  X 9 3/4"  excluding fringe and handle.
